How do I send the Ecards and Poems to Friends?

At the bottom of each Ecard or Poem page there are two sending methods - "Send this Ecard" and "Personalize and Send"

"Send this Ecard" - will allow you to send an email with a link to the Ecard you were viewing.     You will not receive notice when the page is viewed.

"Personalize and Send" - will allow you to personalize the Ecard you are viewing by adding your words and a photo.  An email will be sent with a link to your personallized Ecard.  Also personalize Ecards allow you to receive an email when the page is viewed.

Is there a charge to Join the Mailing List?

There is no charge to subscripe to our mailing list to receive occasional announcements of new Ecards and Poems.

This is an $8 yearly subscription fee to be able to send Ecards.  As a subscriber you will be able to send unlimited Ecards, maintain an address book, schedule reminders and personalize Ecards.  Click Join for more information.

How long does it take to receive CDs after ordering?

CDs are shipped via U.S Mail and may take about 1 week to arrive.  If you needs CD faster then please contact us.

Not able to hear music on the web page?

Most issues with not being able to hear music is due to the MIDI or Synth volume being turned down on your PC.  First verify your speaker volume is turned up on your computer,  next click on following to play a special page of "It's In the Valleys I Grow" which tries to turn up the volume for you.  

If that does not work then check your Windows Volume control to verify the "SW Synth" volume is turned up and "Mute" is unchecked.  See picture below for an example of how volume screen should look.

If that does not work, the bring up Control Panel by clicking "Start" menu then Control Panel.  On the Control Panel click the "Sound and Audio Devices" Icon

That wll bring up the "Sounds and Audio Devices Properties" window. In that window, click on the "Audio" tab, and it will bring up the settings as shown below. In the "MIDI music playback" section, make sure that there is a device specified as the Default device.   Choose Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth if available.  Then click "Apply" to save.   Check to see if this corrected issue by viewing a page here.

How do I change my email address?

For paid subscribers you can click on My Account and select Change Email Address.   Note that this will change your logon name since this is your email address.

For mailing list subscribers, if you have a new email address then do the following to change it.  You will first unsubscribe your old email address then you will be prompted to enter your new email address.  Click here to unsubscribe your old email address.

The person I sent a page to says they did not received it?

If the person you are sending a card to says they are not receiving it then one of several reasons could be causing this:

• Verify the email address you have is typed correctly.  Sometimes emails addresses end in .net instead of .com

• The person may have some type of SPAM blocking software and incorrectly thinking the card being sent is unwanted email.

• If you received a email notice back with delivery failure and cannot determine cause then please forward email to support@llerah.com for assistance.  Please change the Subject line of the email to "Sending Problem" so we will know what type of request is being sent.

Is WinMusic Jukebox still available for downloading?

Yes, WinMusic Jukebox is still available for downloading and still can be purchased.  No further development is being done on the Jukebox software.     Go to the WinMusic Jukebox Page.
